Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest roztwór powłoki antykorozyjnej nanoszonej na powierzchnię stali metali oraz stopów metali. Roztwór stanowią zmieszane: rozpuszczalnik organiczny; związek lub związki krzemoorganiczne, zawierające w swojej strukturze grupy alkoksylowe; jony soli niklowej strącającej osad w zastosowanym rozpuszczalniku oraz osad soli niklowej, której jony obecne są w roztworze nad osadem. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób nanoszenia powłoki antykorozyjnej na bazie tego roztworu.The subject of the application is a solution of an anti-corrosion coating applied to the surface of steel, metals and metal alloys. The solution consists of mixed: organic solvent; an organosilicon compound or compounds containing alkoxy groups in their structure; nickel salt ions precipitating in the solvent used and nickel salt precipitate whose ions are present in the solution above the precipitate. The subject of the application is also a method of applying an anti-corrosion coating based on this solution.
