Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest warstwowy laminat węglowo-epoksydowy mający powierzchnię górną (1) i przeciwległą do niej powierzchnię dolną (2), pomiędzy którymi zawiera warstwy polimerowego kompozytu wzmacnianego włóknami węglowymi (3) i umieszczone pomiędzy nimi warstwy włókniny (4), charakteryzujący się tym, że włóknina (4) jest włókniną szklaną, przy czym warstwowy laminat zawiera cztery pojedyncze warstwy włókniny szklanej (4) pomiędzy warstwami polimerowego kompozytu wzmacnianego włóknami węglowymi (3), przy czym każda warstwa włókniny szklanej (4) przylega do strony tej warstwy kompozytu wzmacnianego włóknami węglowymi (3), której przeciwległa strona stanowi powierzchnię górną (1) warstwowego laminatu węglowo-epoksydowego, przy czym obszar laminatu zawierający warstwy włókniny szklanej (4) rozciąga się od powierzchni górnej (1) laminatu wzmocnionego (5) w kierunku jego powierzchni dolnej (2).The subject of the application is a layered carbon-epoxy laminate having an upper surface (1) and a lower surface (2) opposite thereto, between which it comprises layers of a polymer composite reinforced with carbon fibres (3) and layers of nonwoven fabric (4) disposed therebetween, characterized in that the nonwoven fabric (4) is a glass nonwoven fabric, the layered laminate comprising four individual layers of glass nonwoven fabric (4) between layers of the polymer composite reinforced with carbon fibres (3), each layer of glass nonwoven fabric (4) being adjacent to a side of said layer of carbon fibre-reinforced composite (3) the opposite side of which constitutes the upper surface (1) of the layered carbon-epoxy laminate, the region of the laminate comprising layers of glass nonwoven fabric (4) extending from the upper surface (1) of the reinforced laminate (5) towards the lower surface (2) thereof.
