Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest ogniwo potasowo-jonowe z elektrodą ujemną na bazie szungitu pracujące w ciekłym elektrolicie organicznym, w którym materiał aktywny elektrody ujemnej stanowi naturalny szungit w ilości 85% wag. elektrody ujemnej, a elektrolit zawiera sól przewodzącą potasu, korzystnie heksafluorofosforan potasu.
