Zgłoszenie dotyczy realizowanego komputerowo sposób zmniejszenia zużycia papieru w procesie druku. Obejmuje etapy: wprowadzenie do systemu komputerowego danych, wyliczenie spodziewanego zużycia materiałów, wygenerowanie danych produkcyjnych, pobranie danych, obliczenie śladu węglowego, pobranie danych magazynowych o materiałach pochodzących z ponownego przetworzenia, dobranie kompatybilnych materiałów, obliczenie śladu węglowego, porównanie danych o śladach węglowych materiałów potrzebnych do druku, zastąpienie danych o materiałach produkcyjnych o wyższym wyniku śladu węglowego danymi o materiałach o niższym wyniku śladu węglowego w pliku produkcyjnym, wygenerowanie modelu 3D wydruku, wyświetlenie modelu 3D gotowego wydruku, wysłanie pliku do właściwych magazynów oraz maszyn drukujących oraz przestawienie maszyn drukujących na parametry właściwe materiałom wybranym.The application concerns a computer-implemented method of reducing paper consumption in the printing process. It includes the following stages: entering data into the computer system, calculating the expected consumption of materials, generating production data, downloading data, calculating the carbon footprint, downloading warehouse data on recycled materials, selecting compatible materials, calculating the carbon footprint, comparing the data on the carbon footprints of materials needed for printing, replacing data on production materials with a higher carbon footprint with data on materials with a lower carbon footprint in the production file, generating a 3D model of the print, displaying a 3D model of the finished print, sending the file to the appropriate warehouses and printing machines, and switching the printing machines to the parameters appropriate for the selected materials.
