Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozyt na osnowie polilaktydu (PLA) z oktasferokrzemianami (OSS) posiadającymi jako grupy funkcyjne grupy metakrylowe i (trimetoksysililo)etylowe oraz sposób jego wytwarzania, mający zastosowanie do produkcji wyrobów z tworzyw sztucznych. Modyfikator stanowią oktasferokrzemiany z grupami matakrylowymi i (trimetoksysililo)etylowymi w zmiennej proporcji o podwyższonych parametrach mechanicznych i reologicznych Kompozyt PLA/OSS charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z 95,00% - 99,90% polilaktydu (PLA) i 5,0% - 0,10% modyfikatora krzemoorganicznego (OSS), korzystnie 99,00% - 99,10% PLA i 1,0% - 0,10% OSS, gdzie modyfikatorem jest OSS-2MA-6TMOS albo OSS-4MA-TMOS, albo OSS-6MA-2TMOS. Sposób wytwarzania kompozytu w postaci koncentratu polega na tym, że PLA podgrzewa się powyżej temperatury mięknienia do uzyskania polimeru w stanie uplastycznionym, dalej do 95,00% PLA dodaje się 5% modyfikatora OSS, otrzymanego w wyniku katalitycznej reakcji hydrosililowania oktasferokrzemianu (OSS) z olefinami: winylorimetoksysilan (VTMOS) oraz metakrylan allilu (MA) dodanych w odpowiednich stosunkach molowych, w obecności katalizatora, T=55°C oraz obecności toluenu, przy ciągłym mieszaniu w czasie 24 - 48 godzin, następnie polimer wraz z modyfikatorem homogenizuje się do uzyskania jednorodnej masy, dalej studzi się, granuluje i suszy w podwyższonej temperaturze albo do kompozytu w postaci koncentratu 5% dodaje się na 500g kompozytu 250g - 490g PLA do uzyskania odpowiednio 2,5% - 0,10% modyfikatora OSS w kompozycie, gdzie pozostałą część stanowi koncentrat, po czym kompozyt wytłacza się w znany sposób do uzyskania kompozytu w postaci żyłki-filamentu do druku 3D. (2 zastrzezenia)The subject of the application is a composite based on polylactide (PLA) with octa-spherosilicates (OSS) having methacrylic and (trimethoxysilyl)ethyl groups as functional groups and a method of producing it, applicable to the production of plastic products. The modifier consists of octa-spherosilicates with methacrylic and (trimethoxysilyl)ethyl groups in variable proportions with improved mechanical and rheological parameters. The PLA/OSS composite is characterized in that it consists of 95.00% - 99.90% polylactide (PLA) and 5.0% - 0.10% of an organosilicon modifier (OSS), preferably 99.00% - 99.10% PLA and 1.0% - 0.10% OSS, where the modifier is OSS-2MA-6TMOS or OSS-4MA-TMOS or OSS-6MA-2TMOS. The method of producing a composite in the form of a concentrate consists in heating PLA above its softening temperature to obtain a polymer in a plasticized state, then 5% of the OSS modifier is added to 95.00% of PLA, obtained as a result of a catalytic reaction of hydrosilylation of octa-spherosilicate (OSS) with olefins: vinylrimethoxysilane (VTMOS) and allyl methacrylate (MA) added in appropriate molar ratios, in the presence of a catalyst, T=55°C and toluene, with continuous mixing for 24-48 hours, then the polymer together with the modifier are homogenized until a uniform mass is obtained, then they are cooled, granulated and dried at an elevated temperature or 5% of 250g-490g of PLA is added to 500g of the composite in the form of a concentrate to obtain 2.5%-0.10% of the OSS modifier in the form of a concentrate, respectively. composite, where the remaining part is the concentrate, and then the composite is extruded in a known manner to obtain a composite in the form of a 3D printing filament.
