Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania acetamiprydu w reakcji kondensacji N-metylo-2-chloro-5-pirydylometyloaminy i metylo- lub etylo- N-cyjanoacetamidyny. Reakcję kondensacji prowadzi się stosując w procesie jako rozpuszczalnik wodę lub mieszaninę woda-alkohol C1-C4 przy stosunku wagowym fazy wodnej do alkoholowej w zakresie od 10:1 do 1:10, w temperaturze pomiędzy 2°C a 40°C, a wydzielony produkt suszy się w temperaturze 40°C – 50°C. Wynalazek obejmuje także formę krystaliczną acetamiprydu.The subject of the application is a method for producing acetamiprid by condensation of N-methyl-2-chloro-5-pyridylmethylamine and methyl- or ethyl-N-cyanoacetamidine. The condensation reaction is carried out using water or a water-C1-C4 alcohol mixture as the solvent, at a weight ratio of the aqueous to alcohol phase in the range of 10:1 to 1:10, at a temperature between 2°C and 40°C, and the isolated product is dried at a temperature of 40°C - 50°C. The invention also includes a crystalline form of acetamiprid.
