Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest nowy peptyd antybakteryjny o wzorze chemicznym C119H202N20O38O31 i o sekwencji IKIAINGFGRIGRSVLRALYETGR. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także zastosowanie nowego peptydu antybakteryjnego jako środka o działaniu przeciwbakteryjnym wobec bakterii Gram-ujemnych, zwłaszcza Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa oraz wobec bakterii Gram-dodatnich, zwłaszcza Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis.The subject of the application is a new antibacterial peptide with the chemical formula C119H202N20O38O31 and the sequence IKIAINGFGRIGRSVLRALYETGR. The application also covers the use of the new antibacterial peptide as an antibacterial agent against Gram-negative bacteria, especially Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and against Gram-positive bacteria, especially Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis.
