Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do rehabilitacji nóg pacjenta stosowane nad łóżkiem szpitalnym lub na urządzeniu do rehabilitacji kręgosłupa, które charakteryzuje się tym, że posiada ramę nośną (9) oraz ruchome poprzeczki (7, 8) oraz wyposażone jest w linki (4) podtrzymujące stopy oraz linki (5) podtrzymujące kolana, które za pośrednictwem podwieszek (2, 3) nawijane są na bębenki (6), przy czym każdy bębenek (6) posiada niezależny napęd z przekładnią (11) pozwalający na niezależny ruch obu kończyn pacjenta. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób rehabilitacji nóg pacjenta, który charakteryzuje się tym, że równoległy poziomy ruch podudzia nóg pacjenta (1) zawieszonych na podwieszkach (2, 3) odbywa się poprzez podwójny układ nawijania linek na bębenek (6) i układ przewojowych rolek (10). Na ruchomych poprzeczkach (7, 8) dopasowanych do wymiarów antropometrycznych podudzia pacjenta (1) przemieszczane są napędy z przekładnią (11) i rolkami przewojowymi (10) w zakresie odległości (L).The subject of the application is a device for the rehabilitation of a patient's legs used above a hospital bed or on a device for the rehabilitation of the spine, which is characterized in that it has a supporting frame (9) and movable crossbars (7, 8) and is equipped with ropes (4) supporting the feet and ropes (5) supporting the knees, which are wound onto drums (6) via suspensions (2, 3), wherein each drum (6) has an independent drive with a gear (11) allowing for the independent movement of both limbs of the patient. The application also covers a method for the rehabilitation of the patient's legs, which is characterized in that the parallel horizontal movement of the lower legs of the patient's legs (1) suspended on suspensions (2, 3) takes place via a double system for winding the ropes onto the drum (6) and a system of winding rollers (10). On movable crossbars (7, 8) adapted to the anthropometric dimensions of the patient's lower leg (1), drives with a gear (11) and feed rollers (10) are moved within the distance range (L).
