Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest metalowe sprzęgło podatne skrętnie ze zmienną charakterystyką sprężystą, zawierające obudowę, wał z gwintem nie samohamownym, tuleję przesuwną i element sprężysty, które charakteryzuje się tym, że wewnątrz obudowy (4) umieszczony jest pakiet sprężyn talerzowych (3) złożony z zestawów, na które składają się co najmniej dwie sprężyny talerzowe (3) stanowiące element sprężysty, przy czym na zewnętrznej powierzchni wału (1) i w otworze tulei przesuwnej (2) wykonany jest wielozwojowy mechanizm gwintowy (2a), a na zewnętrznej powierzchni tulei przesuwnej (2) i na wewnętrznej powierzchni obudowy (4) wykonany jest wielowypust (5). Sprężyny talerzowe (3) ustawione są szeregowo w zestawie.The subject of the application is a torsionally flexible metal clutch with variable elastic characteristic, comprising a housing, a shaft with a non-self-locking thread, a sliding sleeve and an elastic element, which is characterised in that inside the housing (4) there is a set of disc springs (3) consisting of sets consisting of at least two disc springs (3) constituting an elastic element, wherein a multi-turn thread mechanism (2a) is made on the outer surface of the shaft (1) and in the opening of the sliding sleeve (2), and a spline (5) is made on the outer surface of the sliding sleeve (2) and on the inner surface of the housing (4). The disc springs (3) are arranged in series in the set.
