Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sekcja grzejna pieca termoformierki do termicznego formowania wyrobów, poprzez zastosowanie w polu grzejnym co najmniej jednego przesuwnego panelu grzejnego z promiennikami, która umożliwia efektywne uplastycznianie materiału w zależności od wielkości i kształtu wyrobu, od grubości materiału uplastycznianego czy różnych jego kolorów. Sekcja grzejna pieca termoformierki ma formę szuflady, która posiada prostokątną ramę nośną (1) z zespołem jezdnym (2) i zespołem napędowym (3) przesuwu sekcji. Rama nośna (1) poprzez wzdłużną belkę (5), usytuowaną prostopadle do kierunku przesuwu sekcji, posiada wydzieloną ramę (6) dla pola grzejnego. Rama (6) pola grzejnego wyposażona jest w wał czynny z serwomechanizmem i wał bierny (10). Wał czynny jest połączony obustronnie z wałem biernym pasami napędzającymi (13, 13') poprzez koła zębate (14). Do pasów (13, 13') zamocowane są dwa panele grzejne (15) z promiennikami (16) usytuowane od spodu sekcji. Wewnątrz ramy (6), pomiędzy panelami grzejnymi (15) a wałem czynnym i wałem biernym jest zamocowany ekran (18) stanowiący osłonę termiczną dla sekcji grzejnej.The subject of the application is a heating section of a thermoforming oven for thermal forming of products, by using at least one sliding heating panel with radiators in the heating field, which enables effective plasticization of the material depending on the size and shape of the product, the thickness of the plasticized material or its various colors. The heating section of the thermoforming oven has the form of a drawer, which has a rectangular supporting frame (1) with a travel unit (2) and a drive unit (3) for moving the section. The supporting frame (1) has a separate frame (6) for the heating field via a longitudinal beam (5), located perpendicularly to the direction of section movement. The frame (6) of the heating field is equipped with an active shaft with a servo mechanism and a passive shaft (10). The active shaft is connected on both sides to the passive shaft by driving belts (13, 13') via gear wheels (14). Two heating panels (15) with radiators (16) located at the bottom of the section are attached to the belts (13, 13'). Inside the frame (6), between the heating panels (15) and the active and passive shafts, a screen (18) is attached, which constitutes a thermal shield for the heating section.
