Sposób analizy wolnokrążącego płodowego cffDNA w celu determinacji płci oraz oceny frakcji płodu charakteryzujący się tym, że pobiera się materiał biologiczny od ciężarnej pacjentki, izoluje się cffDNA, ocenia się płodowe DNA, przeprowadza się reakcję multipleks digital PCR w celu amplifikacji genów na chromosomie Y obejmujących RPS4Y2, SRY, USP9Y oraz genów referencyjnych RPPH1, TERT, EIF2C1 i analizuje się dane.
