Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest prozdrowotny pasztet zawierający mięso wieprzowe lub wołowe, wywar mięsny, przyprawy i tłuszcz roślinny charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera 15,02% wag. wątroby wieprzowej, 45,04% wag. mięsa wieprzowego i/lub wołowego i/lub cielęcego, 30,03% wag. tłuszczu zwierzęcego, 0,6% wag. soli peklowej, 0,45% wag. estrów etylowych kwasów tłuszczowych oleju lnianego, 7,51% wag. wywaru przygotowanego z mięsa wieprzowego i/lub wołowego i/lub cielęcego oraz tłuszczu zwierzęcego, a także 1,2% wag. przypraw i 0,15% wag. lecytyny. Zgłoszenie dotyczy także przedstawionego na rysunku sposobu wytwarzania prozdrowotnego pasztetu.The subject of the application is a health-promoting pâté containing pork or beef, meat stock, spices and vegetable fat, characterized in that it contains 15.02% by weight of pork liver, 45.04% by weight of pork and/or beef and/or veal, 30.03% by weight of animal fat, 0.6% by weight of curing salt, 0.45% by weight of linseed oil fatty acid ethyl esters, 7.51% by weight of stock prepared from pork and/or beef and/or veal and animal fat, as well as 1.2% by weight of spices and 0.15% by weight of lecithin. The application also relates to the method of producing a health-promoting pâté shown in the drawing.
