Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do chłodzenia komponentów elektronicznych zawierające element mocujący (8) z tuleją, obudowę (7) do której wierzchniej części zamocowany jest silnik (10) wentylatora (6), pod którym znajduje się umieszczona w korpusie komora - w której panują warunki próżni - z parownikiem (2) i skraplaczem złożonym z co najmniej dwóch komór skraplania (4a) ułożonych promieniowo w stosunku do osi symetrii parownika (2) w kształcie walca na jego obwodzie oraz z żebrami znajdującymi się pomiędzy komorami skraplania (4a), gdzie parownik (2) i skraplacz tworzą spójną całość, w której możliwy jest przepływ płynu z parownika (2) do skraplacza i odwrotnie, a wentylator (6) z silnikiem (10) połączony jest z korpusem za pośrednictwem elementu łączącego, a obudowa (7) połączona jest z silnikiem (10) wentylatora (6) poprzez wierzchnią część (9), gdzie w parowniku (2) znajdują się żebra parownika o kształcie okręgu w przekroju poprzecznym o grubości 0,5 – 1 mm, tworzące pomiędzy każdym z nich przestrzenie o szerokości równej 0,5 - 1 mm, posiadające u podstawy wcięcie przy odpływie każdej komory skraplania (4a); Wcięcie ma szerokość komory skraplania (4a) i wysokość nie mniejszą niż szerokość pojedynczego żebra parownika (2) i przecina każde z wyjątkiem ostatniego żebro parownika.
