Abstract
Sposób osadzania wkładki we wnętrzu wytworu wytwarzanego w technologii przyrostowej, opartej na łożu proszku, przeznaczony jest do stosowania w procesach przyrostowych, opartych na konsolidacji łoża proszku, charakteryzuje się tym, że w pierwszej kolejności w modelu cyfrowym projektowanego wytworu uwzględnia się geometrię, umiejscawianej w obszarze wnętrza tego wytworu (1), zamkniętej kieszeni (2), kolejno realizowany proces przyrostowego wytwarzania wytworu (1) chwilowo zatrzymuje się w momencie, gdy w wytworze (1) utworzona jest już kieszeń (2), niemniej jest ona na zatrzymanym etapie procesu wytwarzania przyrostowego jeszcze całkowicie nie zamknięta, następnie z wnętrza wytworzonej jak opisano wyżej częściowo kieszeni (2) przy użyciu, zamocowanego na ramieniu manipulatora (6), narzędzia (7) usuwa się proszek, po czym w oczyszczonej z proszku kieszeni (2) umieszcza się wkładkę (3), którą do kieszeni (2) wytwarzanego wytworu (1) wprowadza ramię (6b) manipulatora (6), po operacji umieszczenia wkładki (3) kontynuuje się proces przyrostowego wytwarzania wytworu (1), w którym następuje nakładanie kolejnych warstw proszku i jego spajanie.The method of placing an insert inside a product manufactured using additive technology based on a powder bed is intended for use in additive processes based on powder bed consolidation, and is characterized in that first, the geometry of a closed pocket (2) placed in the interior area of the product (1) is taken into account in the digital model of the designed product, then the process of additive manufacturing of the product (1) is temporarily stopped when a pocket (2) is already created in the product (1), however, at the stopped stage of the additive manufacturing process it is not yet completely closed, then powder is removed from the interior of the pocket (2) partially created as described above using a tool (7) mounted on the arm of the manipulator (6), after which an insert (3) is placed in the pocket (2) cleaned of powder, which is inserted into the pocket (2) of the manufactured product (1) by the arm (6b) of the manipulator (6), after the insert (3) placement operation, the process of additive manufacturing of the product (1) is continued, in which subsequent layers are applied powder and its bonding.
