Abstract

Zgłoszenie obejmuje też lekkie kruszywo budowlane otrzymane powyższym sposobem, które charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera od 0,2% do 1,8% frakcji < 0,063 mm; od 1,9% do 5,60% frakcji 0,063 - 0,125 mm; od 9,3% do 15,3% frakcji 0,125 — 0,25 mm; od 13,0% do 19,40% frakcji 0,25 — 0,5 mm; od 11,9% do 23,1% frakcji 0,5 — 1,0 mm; od 5,7% do 11,0% frakcji 1,0 — 2,0 mm; od 5,2% do 6,7% frakcji 2,0 — 4,0 mm; od 5,2% do 10,5% frakcji 4,0 – 8,0 mm; od 16,1% do 32,0% frakcji 8,0 — 16,0 mm i od 0,8% do 3,8% frakcji > 16,0 mm.The subject of the application is a method of preparing lightweight construction aggregate from aerated concrete waste by crushing, which is characterized in that the material after crushing is ground in a Los Angeles ball mill in series according to a predetermined number of balls, but not less than two balls and at 31 - 33 rpm, after which the ground material of globular shape is sifted through at least one sieve within 5 - 10 minutes. The application also covers lightweight construction aggregate obtained by the above method, which is characterized in that it contains from 0.2% to 1.8% of the < 0.063 mm fraction; from 1.9% to 5.60% of the 0.063 - 0.125 mm fraction; from 9.3% to 15.3% of the 0.125 - 0.25 mm fraction; from 13.0% to 19.40% of the 0.25 - 0.5 mm fraction; from 11.9% to 23.1% of the fraction 0.5 — 1.0 mm; from 5.7% to 11.0% of the fraction 1.0 — 2.0 mm; from 5.2% to 6.7% of the fraction 2.0 — 4.0 mm; from 5.2% to 10.5% of the fraction 4.0 — 8.0 mm; from 16.1% to 32.0% of the fraction 8.0 — 16.0 mm and from 0.8% to 3.8% of the fraction > 16.0 mm.
