Abstract

The application concerns a method of producing a material where, using a 3D printer with a paste printing function (the so-called additive method), a three-component material is obtained consisting of a modified β-1 3-glucan (curdlan), a cross-linked copolymer of poly(sodium acrylate) with acrylic acid and polyvinylpyrrolidone. The method consists in preparing two components in powdered form in parallel: curdlan modified in a known way and a supersorbent based on a copolymer of poly(sodium acrylate) with acrylic acid, where the acrylic acid is neutralized to 75 - 95 [%mol], preferably 85% mol of sodium base (NaOH) at a temperature of up to 10°C, then a cross-linking agent (CA) is added to the obtained solution containing sodium acrylate (NaAc): glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) or ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA), with the relative molar ratio CA:AAc = 1:50 - 1:400, preferably 1:100 and photoinitiator (PI): benzophenone, 2-hydroxy-2-phenylacetophenone (benzoin) or 2,2-dimethoxy-2-phenylacetophenone in an amount of 0.1 -2% [w/w] of the initial mass of AAc, preferably 0.5% [w/w] of the initial mass of AAc, the obtained mixture is polymerized under the influence of UV light and dried, and then the obtained components are modified curdlan and poly(NaAc- co-AAc) is added to an alcoholic solution of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) with a concentration of 3% to 7%, preferably 5%, and the ingredients are mixed in a weight ratio of 0.8:0.8:03 to 1.2:1, 2:0:8, preferably 1:1:0.5, then a dressing insert is produced from the obtained mixture (paste) using a 3D printer.
