Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu przetwarzania odpadów organicznych, zwłaszcza ścieków, przydatnego zwłaszcza w gospodarce komunalnej. Produkt wyjściowy (2) z reaktora (1) karbonizacji hydrotermalnej HTC w pierwszej kolejności schładza się do temperatury zbliżonej do 60°C, następnie poddaje się sedymentacji przez czas 1800÷3600 s, a następnie filtruje się w filtrach (4). Uzyskany odciek (5) dozuje się jako rozcieńczalnik do wodnej mieszaniny substratów (9), ograniczając zasadniczo zużycie wody, którą dodaje się w zależności od chwilowej potrzeby do odcieku (5). Korzystnie część odcieku (5) lub jego nadmiar dodatkowo oczyszcza się i wprowadza się do ścieków z fermentacją metanową (11).
