Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania pianki poliuretanowo-poliizocyjanurowej, który prowadzi się etapowo, wprowadzając składniki w odpowiedniej kolejności i każdorazowo intensywnie je mieszając do uzyskania homogenicznej dyspersji, następująco: do mieszaniny zawierającej 27% - 30% wag. poliolu, 0,15% - 0,18% wag. katalizatora startu, 0,70% - 0,75% wag. katalizatora trimeryzacji, 0,80% - 0,90% wag. silikonu i 0,20% - 0,25% wag. wody dodaje się kolejno: 2% - 10% wag. antypirenu, 0,2% – 2,0% wag. dodatku poprawiającego właściwości termoizolacyjne. 0,5% - 2,0% wag. dodatku biobójczego, 4,0% - 4,5% wag. pentanu, 55% - 60% wag. izocyjanianu. Wynalazkiem jest także pianka poliuretanowo-poliizocyjanurowa stanowiąca produkt otrzymany w katalizowanej reakcji 27% - 30% wag. poliolu z 55% - -60% wag. izocyjanianu, 4,0% - 4,5% wag. pentanu, 0,20% - 0,25% wag. wody oraz 0,80% - 0,90% wag. silikonu, 2% - 10% wag. antypirenu, 0,2% - 2,0% wag. dodatku poprawiającego właściwości termoizolacyjne, 0,5% - 2,0% wag. dodatku biobójczego, prowadzonej powyżej określonym sposobem.The subject of the application is a method for obtaining polyurethane-polyisocyanurate foam, which is carried out step by step, introducing the components in the appropriate order and mixing them intensively each time until a homogeneous dispersion is obtained, as follows: to a mixture containing 27% - 30% by weight of polyol, 0.15% - 0.18% by weight of starting catalyst, 0.70% - 0.75% by weight of trimerization catalyst, 0.80% - 0.90% by weight of silicone and 0.20% - 0.25% by weight of water are added in sequence: 2% - 10% by weight of antipyrene, 0.2% - 2.0% by weight of additive improving thermal insulation properties, 0.5% - 2.0% by weight of biocidal additive, 4.0% - 4.5% by weight of pentane, 55% - 60% by weight The invention is also a polyurethane-polyisocyanurate foam constituting a product obtained in the catalysed reaction of 27% - 30% by weight of polyol with 55% - 60% by weight of isocyanate, 4.0% - 4.5% by weight of pentane, 0.20% - 0.25% by weight of water and 0.80% - 0.90% by weight of silicone, 2% - 10% by weight of antipyrene, 0.2% - 2.0% by weight of an additive improving thermal insulation properties, 0.5% - 2.0% by weight of a biocidal additive, carried out in the above-mentioned method.
