Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest skrzydło drzwi aluminiowych zewnętrznych, stosowane zwłaszcza w budownictwie mieszkalnym oraz obiektach przemysłowych. Skrzydło drzwi aluminiowych zewnętrznych składa się z pionowych (1) profili aluminiowo-tworzywowych i poziomych (2) profili aluminiowo-tworzywowych połączonych ze sobą w narożach tworząc ramę (3). Wewnątrz ramy (3) skrzydła znajdują się co najmniej dwie szyby lub panele nieprzejrzyste. Profil aluminiowo tworzywowy (1 i 2) skrzydła składa się z aluminiowego kształtownika zewnętrznego (4) i aluminiowego kształtownika wewnętrznego (5) połączonych ze sobą przekładkami termicznymi (6). Przekładki termiczne (6) pionowego przeciw zawiasowego profilu aluminiowo-tworzywowego (1a) u góry (6b) mają rozcięcia (7), wewnątrz których mocowane są kształtki sprzęgła termicznego (8). Kształtka sprzęgła termicznego (8) w przekroju poprzecznym ma kształt dużej litery „H”. Dolna część dużej litery „H” kształtki sprzęgła termicznego (8) jest na stałe zamocowana do przekładki termicznej (6) od strony aluminiowego kształtownika wewnętrznego (5), zaś górna część dużej litery „H” kształtki sprzęgła termicznego (8) mocowana jest suwliwie do przekładki termicznej (6) od strony aluminiowego kształtownika zewnętrznego (4). Ponadto przekładki termiczne (6) poziomego górnego profilu aluminiowo-tworzywowego (2a) od strony pionowego przeciw zawiasowego profilu aluminiowo-tworzywowego (1a) mają rozcięcia (13).The subject of the application is an external aluminum door leaf, used especially in residential buildings and industrial facilities. The leaf of an external aluminum door consists of vertical (1) aluminum-plastic profiles and horizontal (2) aluminum-plastic profiles connected together in the corners to form a frame (3). The thermal clutch fitting (8) has the shape of a capital letter "H" in cross-section. The lower part of the large letter "H" of the thermal clutch shape (8) is permanently attached to the thermal break (6) on the side of the aluminum internal shape (5), and the upper part of the large letter "H" of the thermal clutch shape (8) is slidably attached to thermal break (6) on the side of the aluminum outer section (4). Moreover, the thermal breaks (6) of the horizontal upper aluminum-plastic profile (2a) on the side of the vertical anti-hinge aluminum-plastic profile (1a) have slits (13).
