Abstract
Urządzenie do przesyłania sygnałów akustycznych w badaniach polietylenowych układów podziemnych sieci gazowych, charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z obejmy zaciskowej (4), wykonanej z pasa kwasoodpornej blachy stalowej o grubości 1.5 mm i szerokości 50 mm, mocowanej za pomocą łączników (6) na badanym elemencie rurowym, mających postać zacisków łączących oba końce obejmy, przy czym pionowo, do obejmy (4) przymocowane jest usztywnienie (5), mające postać pierścienia z wycięciem lukowym w jego podstawie, odpowiadającym krzywiźnie obejmy (4), przy czym do usztywnienia (5) przymocowany jest na sztywno pionowy systemowy pręt (2), służący do przesłania sygnałów, wyposażony w zakończenie gwintowane, umożliwiający przykręcenie uchwytu prowadzącego sygnały emisji akustycznej wraz z czujnikiem emisji akustycznej (3). W celu przesyłu sygnałów emisji akustycznej mocuje się zaciskową obejmę stalową (4) mocowaną za pomocą łączników (6) na badanym elemencie rurowym, mających postać zacisków łączących oba końce obejmy (4) przy czym pionowo, do obejmy (4) mocuje się usztywnienie (5), mające postać pierścienia z wycięciem lukowym w jego podstawie, odpowiadającym krzywiźnie obejmy (4), przy czym do usztywnienia (5) mocuje się na sztywno pionowy systemowy pręt (2), służący do przesłania sygnałów akustycznych, wyposażony w zakończenie gwintowane, umożliwiający przykręcenie uchwytu prowadzącego sygnały emisji akustycznej wraz z czujnikiem emisji akustycznej (3).A device for transmitting acoustic signals in tests of polyethylene systems of underground gas networks is characterized in that it consists of a clamping clamp (4) made of a strip of acid-resistant steel sheet 1.5 mm thick and 50 mm wide, fastened by means of connectors (6) on the tested pipe element, in the form of clamps connecting both ends of the clamp, wherein a stiffener (5) is fastened vertically to the clamp (4), in the form of a ring with an arc cut-out in its base, corresponding to the curvature of the clamp (4), wherein a vertical system rod (2) is rigidly fastened to the stiffener (5), used for transmitting signals, equipped with a threaded end, enabling the screwing of a holder conducting acoustic emission signals together with an acoustic emission sensor (3). In order to transmit acoustic emission signals, a steel clamping clamp (4) is attached using connectors (6) to the tested tubular element in the form of clamps connecting both ends of the clamp (4), while a stiffener (5) is attached vertically to the clamp (4), in the form of a ring with an arc cut-out in its base corresponding to the curvature of the clamp (4), while a vertical system rod (2) is rigidly attached to the stiffener (5), used to transmit acoustic signals, equipped with a threaded end, enabling the holder conducting acoustic emission signals to be screwed together with the acoustic emission sensor (3).
