Abstract

Urządzenie monitorujące zapełnienie półki sklepowej wyposażone jest w wypychacz (1) i moduł pomiaru odległości (2). Moduł pomiaru odległości (2) znajduje się na tylnej ścianie półki. Moduł pomiaru odległości (2) składa się z lasera oraz detektora. Urządzenie wyposażone jest w moduł łączności bezprzewodowej. Sposób monitorowania zapełnienia półki sklepowej polega na tym, że za pomocą modułu pomiaru odległości (2) mierzy się odległość od wypychacza (1), a sygnał zawierający zakodowane pomiary za pomocą modułu łączności bezprzewodowej i przekazywany jest do serwera chmury obliczeniowej, przetwarzany na dane dotyczące zapełnienia półek, które są udostępniane.
