Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania biodegradowalnej kompozycji polimerowej, który polega na tym, że do układu uplastyczniającego wtryskarki, posiadającego sześć stref grzejnych, zasypuje się mieszaninę polihydroksymaślanu w formie granulatu w ilości od 64% do 86% wagowych, napełniacza organicznego pochodzenia roślinnego w formie granulatu w ilości od 10% do 30% wagowych, środka antyadhezyjnego w formie granulatu w ilości 2% wagowych, środka ślizgowego w formie granulatu w ilości 1% wagowych i środka porującego o endotermicznej charakterystyce rozkładu w formie granulatu w ilości od 1% do 3% wagowych, przy czym środek antyadhezyjny składa się z 90% wagowych mieszaniny monostearynianu glicerolu i hydroksyloaminy i 10% wagowych kredy, środek ślizgowy składa się z 20% wagowych mieszaniny glicerylooleinianu, heptadeceno-karbonamidu, cis-henejkozeno-karbonamidu i 80% wagowych polietylenu, a środek porujący o endotermicznej charakterystyce rozkładu składa się z 70% wagowych mieszaniny cytrynianu monosodowego, kwaśnego węglanu sodu oraz stearynianu wapnia i 30% wagowych kopolimeru etylen/propylen. Następnie nagrzewa się mieszaninę w strefie pierwszej układu uplastyczniającego wtryskarki do temperatury 140°C, w strefie drugiej do temperatury 150°C, w strefie trzeciej do temperatury 160°C, w strefie czwartej do temperatury 170°C, w strefie piątej do temperatury 180°C, a w strefie szóstej do temperatury 185°C, po czym wtryskuje się kompozycję pod ciśnieniem 75 MPa w czasie 3 s przez kanał wlewowy, stożkowy do zamkniętego gniazda formującego formy wtryskowej o temperaturze 45°C. Następnie chłodzi się kompozycję w zamkniętej formie wtryskowej w czasie 30 s.
