Abstract

Przedstawiony na rysunku sposób wytwarzania surowego preparatu proteaz trawiennych z ryb, zwłaszcza śledzia, z wykorzystaniem ekstrakcji enzymów i chlorku sodu, charakteryzuje się tym, że rozdrobnione przewody pokarmowe ryb miesza się z 1-10% wodnym roztworem etanolu w proporcji 1:1-10 (masa : objętość), mieszaninę homogenizuje się, a następnie oddziela osad, przy czym przed dodaniem wodnego roztworu etanolu lub po oddzieleniu osadu po homogenizacji dodaje się NaCl do uzyskania jego końcowego stężenia co najmniej 3%, miesza się, a następnie oddziela się osad. Po obu etapach uzyskuje się surowy preparat proteaz trawiennych z ryb.The method for producing a raw preparation of digestive proteases from fish, especially herring, presented in the figure, using the extraction of enzymes and sodium chloride, is characterized by the fact that the crushed digestive tracts of fish are mixed with a 1-10% aqueous solution of ethanol in a ratio of 1:1-10 ( mass: volume), the mixture is homogenized and then the precipitate is separated. Before adding the aqueous ethanol solution or after separating the precipitate after homogenization, NaCl is added to obtain its final concentration of at least 3%, stirred and then the precipitate is separated. After both stages, a crude preparation of fish digestive proteases is obtained.
