Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja o działaniu przeciwdrobnoustrojowym zawierająca propolis, która stanowi roztwór alkoholu etylowego o stężeniu 70% w stosunku wagowym alkoholu do wody 0,5:1 zawierający propolis w ilości 0,06 - 0,12 g/l roztworu oraz karboksymetylocelulozę w ilości 0,01 g/l roztworu i chlorek sodu w ilości 0,02 g/l roztworu. Zgłoszenie zawiera też sposób otrzymywania kompozycji o działaniu przeciwdrobnoustrojowym, w którym mieli się propolis, po czym prowadzi się ekstrakcję alkoholem etylowym, charakteryzuje się według zgłoszenia tym, że w reaktorze z mieszadłem miesza się z prędkością 130 obr./min alkohol etylowy o stężeniu 70%, wodę demineralizowaną o temperaturze 20 - 25°C w stosunku wagowym alkoholu do wody 0,5:1 oraz propolis w stosunku wagowym do reszty mieszaniny od 3,8: 96,2 do 7,32: 92,68, karboksymetylocelulozę w stosunku wagowym 0,3:99,7 do reszty mieszaniny i chlorek sodu w stosunku wagowym 0,91:99,09 do reszty mieszaniny, doprowadza się mieszaninę do temperatury 60°C, po czym miesza się ją w temperaturze 60°C przez 1 godzinę, a następnie prowadzi się filtrację mieszaniny w temperaturze nie niższej niż 40°C na układzie zaopatrzonym w pompę obiegową, pompę podającą oraz membranę ceramiczną typu isoflux o średnicy porów 0,22 µm. The subject of the application is also the use of an antimicrobial composition as an antimicrobial coating for bread.
