Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest jednokomponentowa piana PUR/PIR w pojemniku aerozolowym o niskiej zawartości monomeru izocyjanianowego która zawiera prepolimer poliuretanowo-poliizocyjanuronowy o zawartości grup NCO wynoszącej 8 – 20% wag., poliole, gazy nośne, znane substancje pomocnicze oraz środki ogniochronne. Co istotne, jednokomponentowa piana PUR/PIR zawiera prepolimer poliuretanowo-poliizocyjanuronowy (PUR/PIR) na bazie 4,4-diizocyjanianu difenylometanu i/lub 2,4-diizocyjanianu difenylometanu i/lub 2,2-diizocyjanianu difenylometanu zwanym też MDI i/lub 1,6-diizocyjanianu heksametylenu zwanym też HDI i/lub 2,4-diizocyjanianu toluenu i/lub 2,6-diizocyjanianu toluenu zwanym też TDI, w postaci monomeru, biuretu, dimeru, trimeru, polimeru, o zawartości monomeru izocyjanianowego poniżej 0,1% wag., otrzymany w procesie trimeryzacji izocyjanianów.The subject of the application is a single-component PUR/PIR foam in an aerosol container with a low isocyanate monomer content, which contains a polyurethane-polyisocyanurate prepolymer with an NCO group content of 8 - 20% by weight, polyols, carrier gases, known auxiliary substances and fire retardants. Importantly, the single-component PUR/PIR foam contains a polyurethane-polyisocyanurate prepolymer (PUR/PIR) based on 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and/or 2,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and/or 2,2-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, also called MDI and/or 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate, also called HDI, and/or toluene 2,4-diisocyanate and/or toluene 2,6-diisocyanate, also called TDI, in the form of a monomer, buret, dimer, trimer, polymer, with an isocyanate monomer content below 0, 1% by weight, obtained in the process of trimerization of isocyanates.
