Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest nacinacz katowy, znajdujacy zastosowanie w wykonywaniu róznorodnych prac z zakresu stolarstwa i innych robót zwiazanych z majsterkowaniem. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajaca nacinaczowi nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - ilustruje nacinacz w widoku ogólnym od strony sprezystej blaszki, fig.2 - przedstawia nacinacz z widocznaustalajaca plytka od strony wewnetrznej, fig.3 - prezentuje nacinacz w stanie rozlozenia, natomiast fig.4 - pokazuje szczegól zdobienia dociskajacej listwy. Nacinacz katowy, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest zbudowany z dociskajacej listwy, zaokraglonej na koncach i wyposazonej w nagwintowane od wewnatrz pierscienie. Wokól nagwintowanych pierscieni sa rozmieszczone promieniscie niewielkie trapezowe wypuklosci. Obok trapezowych wypuklosci od srodka listwy znajduja sie napisy informacyjne. Napisy te oznaczaja wartosc przesuniecia katowego. Srodkowa czesc listwy z jednej strony jest uniesiona ku górze i wyposazona w rozmieszczone jedna obok drugiej wkleslosci przypominajace w swej formie odciski opuszków palców. Natomiast po przeciwnej stronie znajduje sie drazek a pomiedzy nimi jest zachowana szczelina. Na jednym z nagwintowanych pierscieni jest osadzona za pomoca nakretki pionowa ustalajaca plytka, przy czym plytka ta moze byc montowana naprzemiennie. Przez co nadaje sie do uzytkowania przez osoby praworeczne i leworeczne. Ustalajaca plytka jest wyposazona od strony zewnetrznej w sprezysta blaszke. Pomiedzy sprezysta blaszka a powierzchnia zewnetrzna ustalajacej plytki jest zachowana szczelina przeznaczona do wsuwania ostrza pily. Elastyczna blaszka posiada u dolu rant, przy czym jego wypukla czesc jest skierowana do zewnetrznej powierzchni ustalajacej plytki Krawedz dociskajacej listwy u dolu, od strony uniesionej ku górze czesci jest wydluzona. PL PL PLThe design registration right is valid from January 31, 2000. The design is for an angled cutter, used in various carpentry and DIY projects. The essence of the design is a new form of the item, manifested in its shape and surface decoration, giving the cutter a new, original appearance, intended for aesthetic purposes. The design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the cutter in a general view from the side of the spring plate; Fig. 2 shows the cutter with the locating plate visible from the inside; Fig. 3 shows the cutter unfolded; and Fig. 4 shows a detail of the decorative clamping strip. The angle cutter, in keeping with its decorative design, consists of a pressing strip, rounded at the ends and equipped with internally threaded rings. Small trapezoidal protrusions are radially arranged around the threaded rings. Informational inscriptions are located next to the trapezoidal protrusions in the center of the strip. These inscriptions indicate the angular offset value. The central part of the strip is raised on one side and equipped with adjacent concavities resembling fingerprints. On the opposite side, there is a rod with a gap between them. A vertical locating plate is mounted on one of the threaded rings using a nut, and this plate can be mounted alternately, making it suitable for use by both right- and left-handed users. The retaining plate is equipped with a spring plate on the outside. A gap is left between the spring plate and the outer surface of the retaining plate for inserting the saw blade. The spring plate has a lip at the bottom, with its convex part facing the outer surface of the retaining plate. The edge of the pressing strip is extended at the bottom, on the side of the raised part.
