Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do aktywnego sterowania opływem, zwłaszcza pojazdów. W urządzeniu tym na pojeździe (1) zamocowana jest zabudowa (2), do której tylnych drzwi zamocowany jest zasobnik ciśnieniowy główny (3) z otworami wylotowymi w tylnej ścianie i zamocowanymi przy nich kierownicami powietrza oraz znajdującymi się na zewnętrznej tylnej powierzchni zasobnika głównego (3) pomiędzy kierownicami powierzchniami spiętrzającymi (6). Do zabudowy (2) zamocowany jest zasobnik ciśnieniowy pośredni (7) połączony z zasobnikiem ciśnieniowym głównym (3). Do ściany zasobnika ciśnieniowego pośredniego (7) zamocowane są sprężarki (8), które połączone są ze sterownikiem (9), połączonym ze źródłem zasilania (10) oraz czujnikiem prędkości (11) pojazdu (1). Urządzenie charakteryzuje się tym, że wewnątrz zasobnika ciśnieniowego głównego (3) znajduje się rama składająca się z paneli bocznych (12), pomiędzy którymi od strony powierzchni tylnej zabudowy (2) zamocowane są kierownice powietrza -znajdujące się na zewnątrz zasobnika ciśnieniowego głównego (3) tudzież pomiędzy ramą a zasobnikiem ciśnieniowym (3) zamocowane są pierwsze siłowniki (13). Dodatkowo zasobnik ciśnieniowy główny (3) połączony jest z zasobnikiem ciśnieniowym pośrednim (7) za pomocą eżektora (14), na którego ścianie znajdują się klapy (15) połączone ze ścianami eżektora (14) za pomocą zawiasów i drugich siłowników, przy czym siłowniki podłączone są do sterownika (9).The subject of the application is a device for active flow control, especially of vehicles. In this device, on the vehicle (1), the body (2) is mounted, to which the main pressure tank (3) is attached to the rear door, with outlet openings in the rear wall and air guides attached to them, and located on the outer rear surface of the main tank (3 ) between the blades and the damming surfaces (6). An intermediate pressure reservoir (7) connected to the main pressure reservoir (3) is attached to the body (2). Compressors (8) are attached to the wall of the intermediate pressure reservoir (7), which are connected to the controller (9), connected to the power source (10) and the speed sensor (11) of the vehicle (1). The device is characterized by the fact that inside the main pressure tank (3) there is a frame consisting of side panels (12), between which, from the rear surface of the building (2), air guides are mounted - located outside the main pressure tank (3) and the first cylinders (13) are fixed between the frame and the pressure accumulator (3). In addition, the main pressure reservoir (3) is connected to the intermediate pressure reservoir (7) by means of an ejector (14), on the wall of which there are flaps (15) connected to the walls of the ejector (14) by means of hinges and other actuators, the actuators being connected are to the controller (9).
