Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest preparat zawierający glutation w postaci proszku, w którym dwuwarstwa lipidowa liposomów zawiera lecytynę, który to preparat zawiera inulinę jako stabilizator, przy czym stosunek wagowy glutationu do lecytyny mieści się w zakresie od 1:1 do 1:100, natomiast stosunek wagowy lecytyny do inuliny mieści się w zakresie od 1:0,1 do 1:5. Obecność inuliny stabilizuje preparat liposomów i zapobiega tworzeniu agregatów liposomów, szczególnie w warunkach odpowiadających warunkom kwasu żołądkowego. Wynalazek dostarcza również twardej kapsułki zawierającej preparat glutationu według zgłoszenia oraz sposobu jego wytwarzania.The subject of the application is a preparation containing glutathione in the form of powder, in which the lipid bilayer of liposomes contains lecithin, which preparation contains inulin as a stabilizer, and the weight ratio of glutathione to lecithin ranges from 1:1 to 1:100, while the weight ratio of lecithin to inulin ranges from 1:0.1 to 1:5. The presence of inulin stabilizes the liposome preparation and prevents the formation of liposome aggregates, especially under conditions corresponding to those of gastric acid. The invention also provides a hard capsule containing the glutathione formulation of the application and the method of preparing the same.
