Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób pomiaru odchylenia kierunku jazdy przyczepy lub naczepy oraz opóźnieniomierz do pomiaru odchylenia kierunku jazdy przyczepy lub naczepy, mające zastosowanie w diagnostyce pojazdów mechanicznych. Opóźnieniomierz umożliwia zapoczątkowanie pomiaru z miejsca kierowcy pojazdu, dzięki czemu nie jest potrzebna dodatkowa osoba (poza kierowcą) do obsługi przyrządu. Sposób pomiaru odchylenia kierunku jazdy przyczepy lub naczepy podczas hamowania, w którym to dokonuje się pomiaru odchylenia tyłu pojazdu w trakcie hamowania, różnicę odchylenia w płaszczyźnie poziomej lewej i prawej strony tyłu pojazdu i wyznacza się odchylenie w jednostkach miary odległości opisujących przesunięcie w płaszczyźnie poziomej względem siebie punktów krańcowych mierzonej tylnej osi pojazdu, charakteryzuje się tym, że odchylenie wyznacza się wedle mierzonych wartości na postawie wzoru matematycznego. Opóźnieniomierz do pomiaru odchylenia kierunku jazdy przyczepy lub naczepy zaopatrzony jest pomiarowy zespół (1) posiadający co najmniej jeden czujnik przyśpieszenia (2), którym jest akcelerometr, podłączony szeregowo z mikrokontrolerem (3) nadajnikiem linii RS485 (4), które to z kolei podłączone są równolegle z blokiem stabilizatorów (5), nadto nadajnik i blok stabilizatorów (5) podłączone są także równolegle ze złączem zasilania (6) oraz zaopatrzony jest w zespół obliczeniowy (7) posiadający podłączone szeregowo z złączem zasilania (8) odbiornik linii RS485 (9) i mikrokontroler i równolegle blok zasilania (11).The subject of the application is a method for measuring the deviation of the direction of travel of a trailer or semi-trailer and a decelerator for measuring the deviation of the direction of travel of a trailer or semi-trailer, applicable in the diagnostics of motor vehicles. The decelerator allows you to start the measurement from the driver's seat, so there is no need for an additional person (apart from the driver) to operate the device. A method of measuring the deviation of the direction of travel of a trailer or semi-trailer during braking, in which the deviation of the rear of the vehicle while braking is measured, the difference in deviation in the horizontal plane of the left and right sides of the rear of the vehicle is determined and the deviation is determined in distance measurement units describing the shift in the horizontal plane relative to each other end points of the measured rear axle of the vehicle, is characterized by the fact that the deviation is determined according to the measured values based on a mathematical formula. The deceleration device for measuring the deviation of the direction of travel of a trailer or semi-trailer is equipped with a measuring unit (1) with at least one acceleration sensor (2), which is an accelerometer, connected in series with a microcontroller (3) and an RS485 line transmitter (4), which in turn are connected in parallel with the stabilizer block (5), moreover, the transmitter and the stabilizer block (5) are also connected in parallel with the power connector (6) and it is equipped with a computing unit (7) with an RS485 line receiver (9) connected in series with the power connector (8). and a microcontroller and, in parallel, a power supply block (11).
