Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja ograniczająca palność i dymotwórczość do zastosowania w piankach poliizocyjanurowych, która składa się z grafitu expandowanego oraz estru dibutylowego kwasu N,N-bis-(2-hydroksyetylo)-amino-metylo-fosfonowego i/albo difosforanu histydyny, przy czym składniki stosuje się w proporcji od 10% — 15% wagowych każdy względem masy uniepalnianej pianki poliizocyjanurowej. Jeśli stosuje się wszystkie trzy składniki, każdy z nich stosuje się w ilości 10% wagowych względem masy uniepalnianej pianki, a jeśli stosuje się grafit expandowany oraz ester dibutylowy kwasu N,N-bis-(2-hydroksyetylo)-amino-metylo-fosfonowego lub difosforan histydyny, każdy z nich stosuje się w ilości 15% wagowych względem masy uniepalnianej pianki.The subject of the application is a flame- and smoke-limiting composition for use in polyisocyanurate foams, which consists of expanded graphite and N,N-bis-(2-hydroxyethyl)-amino-methyl-phosphonic acid dibutyl ester and/or histidine diphosphate, the ingredients are used in a proportion of 10% - 15% by weight each relative to the weight of the flame-retardant polyisocyanurate foam. If all three components are used, each of them is used in an amount of 10% by weight relative to the weight of the flame retardant foam, and if expanded graphite and N,N-bis-(2-hydroxyethyl)-amino-methyl-phosphonic acid dibutyl ester or histidine diphosphate, each of them is used in an amount of 15% by weight relative to the weight of the flame-retardant foam.
