Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania biodegradowalnej kompozycji białkowo-węglowodanowej mającej zastosowanie do produkcji jednorazowych wyrobów przeznaczonych do kontaktu z żywnością, takich jak sztućce, słomki, pałeczki, mieszadełka do napojów, przykrywki do kubków itp. realizowany w dwóch etapach: w etapie pierwszym, przy użyciu mieszalnika mechanicznego, w temperaturze w zakresie 20 - 25°C, miesza się mąkę roślinną, ze skrobią natywną, z białkiem roślinnym oraz z substancjami hydrofobizującymi, napełniaczem wzmacniającym wytrzymałość mechaniczną, a także z wodą w ilości od 24,0% do 42,9% mas. w przeliczeniu na całkowitą masę kompozycji, przez okres do 30 min, korzystnie do 15 min. In the second stage, the protein-carbohydrate mixture obtained in the first stage, immediately after its preparation, is dosed into the hopper of the extruder or injection molding machine and plasticized while maintaining the temperature of the heating zones of the plasticizing system and the head in the range of 30 - 80°C, and then subjected to shaping treatment. . The subject of the application is also a composition that contains native starch, water and additives and, based on the total weight of the composition, contains from 0.1% by weight. up to 52.5% by mass vegetable flour, from 0.1% by weight up to 28.1% by weight of native starch, from 1% by weight up to 51.1% by mass vegetable protein, from 0.1% wt. up to 14.0% by mass hydrophobizing substances, from 0.5% by weight. up to 12.3% by mass fillers that enhance mechanical strength.
