Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zewnętrzna warstwa powłokotwórcza, w szczególności gładź szpachlowa na bazie gipsu jako materiału wiążącego i/lub kredy i/lub dolomitów jako wypełniaczy, plastyfikatorów opóźniających proces wiązania gipsu, pigmentów, środków pomocniczych oraz z dodatkiem kompozytu zawierającego związki tlenku tytanu IV TiO<sub>2</sub>, korzystnie dwuwymiarowe arkusze tlenku tytanu IV, w ilości od 50% do 99,8% wag., związki Zn, w szczególności ZnCl<sub>2</sub> i/lub ZnO i/lub ZnFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>, w ilości od 0,1% do 30% wag. oraz materiał węglowy, korzystnie z grupy węgiel aktywowany, grafit, grafitowy azotek węgla, tlenek grafenu, zredukowany tlenek grafenu, w ilości od 0,1% do 20% wag., korzystnie od 1% do 2% wag. Zawartość kompozytu w zewnętrznej warstwie powłokotwórczej wynosi odpowiednio od 0,1% do 50% wag., korzystnie 20% wag., zaś pozostałe składniki zewnętrznej warstwy powłokotwórczej stanowią odpowiednio od 50% do 99,9% wag. Zgłoszenie obejmuje również dwa sposoby otrzymywania zewnętrznej warstwy powłokotwórczej z kompozytem.The subject of the application is an external coating layer, in particular a putty based on gypsum as a binding material and/or chalk and/or dolomites as fillers, plasticizers delaying the gypsum binding process, pigments, auxiliaries and with the addition of a composite containing titanium oxide IV compounds TiO<sub >2</sub>, preferably two-dimensional sheets of titanium oxide IV, in an amount from 50% to 99.8% by weight, Zn compounds, in particular ZnCl<sub>2</sub> and/or ZnO and/or ZnFe< sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>, in amounts from 0.1% to 30% by weight. and a carbonaceous material, preferably from the group of activated carbon, graphite, graphitic carbon nitride, graphene oxide, reduced graphene oxide, in an amount of from 0.1% to 20% by weight, preferably from 1% to 2% by weight. The composite content in the outer coating layer is from 0.1% to 50% by weight, preferably 20% by weight, and the remaining components of the outer coating layer are from 50% to 99.9% by weight, respectively. The application also covers two methods of obtaining the outer coating layer with the composite.
