Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do nagniatania otworów, zwłaszcza po wierceniu, posiadająca ramę. Charakteryzuje się ono tym, że składa się z ramy (1), do której zamocowana jest tuleja (2) z gwintem (2.1) znajdującym się na jej wewnętrznej powierzchni, w który wkręcony jest częścią gwintowaną (3.1) trzpień (3). Trzpień (3) posiada na swoim pierwszym końcu znajdującym się wewnątrz tulei (2) część składającą się z szeregu elementów (3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5) w postaci odcinków kuli połączonych ze sobą szeregowo w swoich osiach. Średnica (d2, d3, d4, d5) kolejnych elementów (3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5) zmniejsza się od strony części gwintowanej (3.1) w kierunku końca pręta tudzież do drugiego końca trzpienia (3) zamocowany jest urządzenie do pomiaru momentu obrotowego (4), do którego zamocowane jest uchwyt (5).The subject of the application is a device for burnishing holes, especially after drilling, having a frame. It is characterized by the fact that it consists of a frame (1), to which a sleeve (2) is attached, with a thread (2.1) on its inner surface, into which a threaded part (3.1) and a pin (3) are screwed. The pin (3) has at its first end located inside the sleeve (2) a part consisting of a series of elements (3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5) in the form of segments of a ball connected in series at their axes. The diameter (d2, d3, d4, d5) of the successive elements (3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5) decreases from the side of the threaded part (3.1) towards the end of the rod and to the other end of the rod (3) a torque measuring device is attached ( 4) to which the handle (5) is attached.
