Abstract

Urządzenie do barwienia osłonek naturalnych przeznaczonych do produkcji wędlin zawiera dwa trzpienie (1, 1') na osłonkę (4), z których pierwszy jest trzpieniem (1) podającym, a drugi trzpieniem (1') przyjmującym. Pomiędzy trzpieniami (1, 1') zlokalizowane są dwie rolki (5, 6) do przewijania osłonki (4), z których jedna jest rolką (6) napędową, a druga rolką (5) bierną z mechanizmem docisku. Do rolki (5) biernej doprowadzony jest dozownik (7) środka barwiącego. Ponadto na trzpieniach (1, 1') zamocowane są zespoły rolek (3) do przemieszczania osłonki (4). Zgłoszenie dotyczy także sposobu barwienia osłonek naturalnych przeznaczonych do produkcji wędlin, w którym osłonkę (4) przewija się przez układ dwóch rolek (5, 6), pomiędzy którymi wywołuje się docisk, a w miejsce docisku doprowadza się środek barwiący i nanosi go na przewijaną osłonkę (4).The device for dyeing natural casings intended for the production of cold cuts contains two pins (1, 1') for the casing (4), the first of which is the feeding pin (1) and the second the receiving pin (1'). Between the pins (1, 1') there are two rollers (5, 6) for rewinding the casing (4), one of which is a driving roller (6) and the other is a passive roller (5) with a pressure mechanism. A dye dispenser (7) is connected to the passive roller (5). Moreover, roller sets (3) are mounted on the pins (1, 1') to move the casing (4). The application also concerns a method of dyeing natural casings intended for the production of cold cuts, in which the casing (4) is wound through a system of two rollers (5, 6), between which a pressure is applied, and in place of the pressure, a coloring agent is supplied and applied to the rewound casing ( 4).
