Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do pomiaru parametrów śródbłonka naczyniowego i sposób przetwarzania sygnału pomiarowego, przeznaczone do wyznaczania wskaźnika przekrwienia reaktywnego spowodowanego działaniem śródbłonka naczyniowego. Urządzenie charakteryzuje się tym, że pompa powietrza (PM) połączona jest magistralą pneumatyczną (MP) z zaworem spustowym (ZS) i poprzez pierwszy zawór (Z1) z pierwszym mankietem uciskowym (M1), drugi zawór (Z2) z drugim mankietem uciskowym (M2), trzeci zawór (Z3) z trzecim mankietem okluzyjnym (M3) oraz poprzez zawór zbiornika (ZZ) ze zbiornikiem powietrza (ZP), przy czym magistrala pneumatyczna (MP) wyposażona jest w trzeci czujnik ciśnienia (CZ3) zaś pomiędzy zbiornikiem powietrza (ZP) i pierwszym mankietem uciskowym (M1) osadzony jest pierwszy różnicowy czujnik ciśnienia (CZ1) oraz pomiędzy zbiornikiem powietrza (ZP) i drugim mankietem uciskowym (M2) osadzony jest drugi różnicowy czujnik ciśnienia (CZ2) ponadto pompa powietrza (PM), pierwszy różnicowy czujnik ciśnienia (CZ1), drugi różnicowy czujnik ciśnienia (CZ2) i trzeci czujnik ciśnienia (CZ3) oraz zawory pierwszy (Z1), drugi (Z2), trzeci (Z3), spustowy (ZS) i zbiornika (ZZ) podłączone są do kontrolera (K). Zgłoszenie obejmuje również sposób przetwarzania sygnału pomiarowego.The subject of the application is a device for measuring parameters of the vascular endothelium and a method of processing the measurement signal, intended for determining the index of reactive hyperemia caused by the action of the vascular endothelium. The device is characterized by the fact that the air pump (PM) is connected by a pneumatic main (MP) to the release valve (ZS) and through the first valve (Z1) to the first compression cuff (M1), the second valve (Z2) to the second compression cuff (M2). ), the third valve (Z3) with the third occlusion cuff (M3) and through the tank valve (ZZ) with the air tank (ZP), the pneumatic main (MP) is equipped with a third pressure sensor (CZ3) and between the air tank (ZP ) and the first compression cuff (M1), the first differential pressure sensor (CZ1) is mounted, and between the air tank (ZP) and the second compression cuff (M2), the second differential pressure sensor (CZ2) is mounted, and also the air pump (PM), the first differential sensor pressure sensor (CZ1), the second differential pressure sensor (CZ2) and the third pressure sensor (CZ3) and the first (Z1), second (Z2), third (Z3), drain (ZS) and tank (ZZ) valves are connected to the controller ( K).
