Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest preparat przeznaczony do mycia owoców i warzyw, który zawiera od 0,01% do 45% wagowych kompozycji surfaktantów niejonowych składającej się z oksyalkilenowanego 10 molami tlenku etylenu alkoholu laurylowego oraz oksyalkilenowanego 7 molami tlenku etylenu i 2 molami tlenku propylenu 2-propyloheptanolu, od 0,1% do 4% wagowych cytrynianu sodu jako sekwestranta, od 0,1% do 20% wagowych alkoholu etylowego jako rozpuszczalnika amfifilowego, od 0,1% do 4% wagowych gumy ksantanowej jako modyfikatora lepkości i od 0,01% do 1,5% wagowych mieszaniny alkoholu benzylowego, kwasu benzoesowego, kwasu dehydrooctowego i tokoferolu jako konserwantu. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób stosowania preparatu do mycia owoców i warzyw, który polega na tym, że wytwarza się kąpiel myjącą o temperaturze zmętnienia z zakresu 40°C - 45°C, poprzez od 1:10 do 1:100 -kotne rozcieńczenie preparatu zawierającego od 0,01% do 45% wagowych kompozycji surfaktantów niejonowych składającej się z oksyalkilenowanego 10 molami tlenku etylenu alkoholu laurylowego oraz oksyalkilenowanego 7 molami tlenku etylenu i 2 molami tlenku propylenu 2-propyloheptanolu w stosunku od 1:2 do 1:4; od 0,1% do 4% wagowych cytrynianu sodu jako sekwestranta, od 0,1% do 20% wagowych alkoholu etylowego jako rozpuszczalnika amfifilowego, od 0,1% do 4% wagowych gumy ksantanowej jako modyfikatora lepkości i od 0,01% do 1,5% wagowych mieszaniny alkoholu benzylowego, kwasu benzoesowego, kwasu dehydrooctowego i tokoferolu jako konserwantu.The subject of the application is a preparation intended for washing fruit and vegetables, which contains from 0.01% to 45% by weight of a non-ionic surfactant composition consisting of lauryl alcohol oxyalkylene with 10 moles of ethylene oxide and 2-propylheptanol oxyalkylene with 7 moles of ethylene oxide and 2 moles of propylene oxide, from 0.1% to 4% by weight of sodium citrate as sequestrant, from 0.1% to 20% by weight of ethyl alcohol as amphiphilic solvent, from 0.1% to 4% by weight of xanthan gum as viscosity modifier and from 0.01% to 1.5% by weight of a mixture of benzyl alcohol, benzoic acid, dehydroacetic acid and tocopherol as a preservative. The application also covers the method of using the preparation for washing fruits and vegetables, which consists in preparing a washing bath with a cloud point in the range of 40°C - 45°C by diluting the preparation containing from 1:10 to 1:100 0.01% to 45% by weight of a composition of non-ionic surfactants consisting of lauryl alcohol alkoxylated with 10 moles of ethylene oxide and 2-propylheptanol alkoxylated with 7 moles of ethylene oxide and 2 moles of propylene oxide in a ratio of 1:2 to 1:4; from 0.1% to 4% by weight of sodium citrate as sequestrant, from 0.1% to 20% by weight of ethyl alcohol as amphiphilic solvent, from 0.1% to 4% by weight of xanthan gum as viscosity modifier and from 0.01% to 1.5% by weight of a mixture of benzyl alcohol, benzoic acid, dehydroacetic acid and tocopherol as a preservative.
