Abstract
Instalacja, zwłaszcza do podgrzewania wody zawiera co najmniej dwie karbowane rury (1), dwudrogowy układ pompowy (2), co najmniej jeden wymiennik ciepła (3), co najmniej dwa czujniki temperatury oraz sterownik (4). Każda rura (1) wypełniona jest płynem solarnym i ma część zasilającą i część powrotną, przy czym część zasilająca rury (1) połączona jest z pierwszym wylotem układu pompowego (2), zaś część powrotna rury (1) połączona jest z pierwszym wlotem układu pompowego (2). Karbowane rury (1) poprowadzone są pod modułami fotowoltaicznymi (8) w przestrzeni pomiędzy tymi modułami fotowoltaicznymi (8), a dachem na którym są one zamocowane. Do części zasilającej rury (1), pod modułami fotowoltaicznymi (8), zamocowany jest co najmniej jeden czujnik temperatury. Układ pompowy (2) swoim drugim wlotem i drugim wylotem połączony jest z wymiennikiem ciepła (3), który zawiera co najmniej jeden czujnik temperatury. Układ pompowy (2) połączony jest ze sterownikiem (4), z którym połączone są także czujniki temperatury. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób montowania instalacji, zwłaszcza do podgrzewania wody.The installation, especially for water heating, includes at least two corrugated pipes (1), a two-way pump system (2), at least one heat exchanger (3), at least two temperature sensors and a controller (4). Each pipe (1) is filled with solar fluid and has a supply part and a return part, where the supply part of the pipe (1) is connected to the first outlet of the pump system (2), and the return part of the pipe (1) is connected to the first inlet of the pump system (2). Corrugated pipes (1) are routed under the photovoltaic modules (8) in the space between these photovoltaic modules (8) and the roof on which they are mounted. At least one temperature sensor is attached to the power supply part of the pipe (1), under the photovoltaic modules (8). The pump system (2) is connected with its second inlet and second outlet to the heat exchanger (3), which contains at least one temperature sensor. The pump system (2) is connected to the controller (4), which is also connected to temperature sensors. The subject of the application is also the method of installing the installation, especially for water heating.
