Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zastosowanie szczepu Ochrobactrum sp. POC9 i/lub kompozycji metabolitów wytwarzanych przez szczep Ochrobactrum sp. POC9 zawierających jony amonowe i węglanowe do bioremediacji gleb zanieczyszczonych metalami ciężkimi i związkami organicznymi i/lub poprawy jakości mikrobiologicznej gleby i/lub promowania wzrostu roślin. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób bioremediacji gleb zanieczyszczonych metalami ciężkimi i związkami organicznymi i/lub poprawy jakości mikrobiologicznej gleby i/lub promowania wzrostu roślin, charakteryzujący się tym, że do gleby aplikuje się kompozycję metabolitów szczepu Ochrobactrum sp. POC9 zawierających jony amonowe i węglanowe.The subject of the application is the use of the Ochrobactrum sp. POC9 strain and/or the composition of metabolites produced by the Ochrobactrum sp. POC9 strain containing ammonium and carbonate ions for bioremediation of soils contaminated with heavy metals and organic compounds and/or improving the microbiological quality of the soil and/or promoting plant growth. The application also includes a method for bioremediation of soils contaminated with heavy metals and organic compounds and/or improving the microbiological quality of the soil and/or promoting plant growth, characterized by the application of a composition of metabolites of the Ochrobactrum sp. POC9 strain containing ammonium and carbonate ions to the soil.
