Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest czopek doodbytniczy zawierający maślan sodu, acyloglicerole, alginian sodu oraz karboksymetylocelulozę, charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera od 40% do 50% wagowych acylogliceroli, od 15% do 35% wagowych maślanu sodu i od 25% do 38% wagowych alginianu sodu i karboksymetylocelulozy. Zgłoszenie dotyczy też zastosowania czopka do nawilżania ścian jelita grubego.The subject of the application is a rectal suppository containing sodium butyrate, acylglycerols, sodium alginate and carboxymethylcellulose, characterized by containing from 40% to 50% by weight of acylglycerols, from 15% to 35% by weight of sodium butyrate and from 25% to 38% by weight of sodium alginate and carboxymethylcellulose. The application also concerns the use of a suppository to moisturize the walls of the large intestine.
