Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest poliol polieterowy zawierający od 75% do 100% molowych pierwszorzędowych grup hydroksylowych w stosunku do wszystkich grup hydroksylowych i mający współczynnik węglowodorowy (W<sub>W</sub>) wynoszący co najmniej 8,5, przy czym współczynnik węglowodorowy oblicza się zgodnie ze wzorem, w którym: a oznacza liczbę atomów węgla w cząsteczce poliolu polieterowego, będącą sumą liczb atomów węgla pochodzących od startera, tlenku etylenu i epitlenku C3-C8, stosowanych do wytworzenia wspomnianego poliolu; b oznacza liczbę atomów wodoru w cząsteczce poliolu polieterowego, będącą sumą liczb atomów wodoru pochodzących od startera, tlenku etylenu i epitlenku C3-C8, stosowanych do wytworzenia wspomnianego poliolu; d oznacza liczbę atomów tlenu w cząsteczce poliolu polieterowego, będącą sumą liczb atomów tlenu pochodzących od startera, tlenku etylenu i epitlenku C3-C8, stosowanych do wytworzenia wspomnianego poliolu. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób wytwarzania poliolu polieterowego o wskazanych powyżej właściwościach i jego zastosowanie do wytwarzania elastycznych pianek poliuretanowych. Ponadto przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również elastyczna pianka poliuretanowa wytworzona z zastosowaniem opisanego powyżej poliolu.The subject of the application is a polyether polyol containing from 75% to 100% mol of primary hydroxyl groups in relation to all hydroxyl groups and having a hydrocarbon coefficient (W<sub>W</sub>) of at least 8.5, the hydrocarbon coefficient being calculated according to the formula where: a is the number of carbon atoms in the polyether polyol molecule, being the sum of the numbers of carbon atoms coming from the starter, ethylene oxide and C3-C8 epoxide used to prepare said polyol; b is the number of hydrogen atoms in the polyether polyol molecule, which is the sum of the numbers of hydrogen atoms derived from the starter, ethylene oxide and C3-C8 epoxide used to prepare said polyol; d is the number of oxygen atoms in the polyether polyol molecule, which is the sum of the numbers of oxygen atoms coming from the starter, ethylene oxide and C3-C8 epoxide used to prepare said polyol. The subject of the application is also a method of producing polyether polyol with the above-mentioned properties and its use in the production of flexible polyurethane foams. Moreover, the subject of the application is also a flexible polyurethane foam produced using the polyol described above.
