Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób przygotowywania biomasy roślinnej do wytwarzania biogazu, który polega na tym, że do zamkniętego zbiornika do homogenizacji i wstępnej hydrolizy dodaje się biomasę roślinną zawierającą celulozę w ilości co najmniej 30% w suchej masie organicznej. Do biomasy roślinnej dodaje się odpad po hodowli drewnojadów Zophobias morio w ilości co najmniej 5% wagowych biomasy roślinnej w przeliczeniu na suchą masę organiczną. Następnie doprowadza się za pomocą cieczy biomasę roślinną z odpadem po hodowli drewnojadów Zophobias morio do wilgotności wagowej co najmniej 85%, stosunku C:N w zakresie od 20 do 40:1 i pH w zakresie od 6 do 8, po czym całość miesza się w zbiorniku w temperaturze od 25 do 35°C za pomocą mieszadła mechanicznego z prędkością obrotową od 50 do 100 obr/min w czasie od 10 do 24 godz. Następnie mieszaninę przepompowuje się ze zbiornika do komory fermentacyjnej i poddaje się procesowi fermentacji metanowej
