Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób izomeryzacji geraniolu w fazie ciekłej, według zgłoszenia, w obecności montmorylonit jako katalizatora w ilości od 1 do 10% wagowych, w czasie od 15 minut do 24 godzin, w atmosferze powietrza i pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym, który charakteryzuje się tym, że przed dodaniem do geraniolu montmorylonit przemywa się 0,01 M HCl, przez czas 4 godzin, w temperaturze 80°C i przy szybkości mieszania 500 obr./min. Później katalizator odsącza się i przemywa na filtrze wodą destylowaną oraz suszy w temperaturze 100°C przez 24 godziny. Dopiero po suszeniu stosuje się katalizator w procesie izomeryzacji, zaś izomeryzację prowadzi się w temperaturze 80 - 150°C.The subject of the application is a method of isomerization of geraniol in the liquid phase, according to the application, in the presence of montmorillonite as a catalyst in an amount from 1 to 10% by weight, for a period of 15 minutes to 24 hours, in an air atmosphere and at atmospheric pressure, which is characterized by the fact that Before adding geraniol, montmorillonite is washed with 0.01 M HCl for 4 hours at a temperature of 80°C and a stirring speed of 500 rpm. Then the catalyst is filtered off, washed on the filter with distilled water and dried at 100°C for 24 hours. Only after drying, the catalyst is used in the isomerization process, and the isomerization is carried out at a temperature of 80 - 150°C.
