Abstract
Sprzęgło zawierające obudowę zestawioną z połączonych ze sobą korpusu wejściowego (1) i korpusu wyjściowego (2), w której wnętrzu osadzone są sworznie (5), a na nich sprężyny skrętne (6). Każdy sworzeń (5) ustalony jest w korpusach (1, 2) za pomocą opraw (8), a sprężyna (6) jednym końcem umieszczona jest nieprzesuwnie w oprawie (8), a ponadto w obudowie, wzdłuż centralnej osi symetrii ułożyskowany jest zabierak (4) z czopem wychodzącym poza korpus wyjściowy (2). Między sprężynami skrętnymi (6), w środkowej części każdego sworznia (5) nałożone są zderzaki (3) i dalej między nimi, ułożyskowane na sworzniu (5), dźwignie zabierakowe (7). W środkowej części sworznia (5), jest uchwyt oporowy (9) z powierzchnią oporową stykającą się z płaskimi powierzchniami w kanałkach na zabieraku (4). Sprężyny skrętne (6) osadzone na sworzniach (5) zestawione są w układy o przeciwnych kierunkach skręcania przez połączone przeciwnymi końcami z oprawami (8) oraz dźwigniami zabierakowymi (7), które przemieszczają się kątowo przy zmianie momentu obciążenia. Zabierak (4) posiada kołnierz, w którym wykonane są promieniowo co 90° otwarte kanałki o równoległych powierzchniach płaskich, współpracujących z walcowymi powierzchniami dźwigni zabierakowych (7).A clutch containing a housing composed of a connected input body (1) and an output body (2), inside which pins (5) and torsion springs (6) are mounted. Each pin (5) is fixed in the bodies (1, 2) by means of housings (8), and the spring (6) with one end is placed immobile in the housing (8), and in addition, in the housing, along the central axis of symmetry, a driver is mounted ( 4) with a pin extending beyond the output body (2). Between the torsion springs (6), in the central part of each pin (5), there are buffers (3) and, further between them, driving levers (7) mounted on the pin (5). In the central part of the pin (5), there is a stop handle (9) with a stop surface in contact with flat surfaces in the channels on the driver (4). Torsion springs (6) mounted on pins (5) are arranged in systems with opposite torsion directions, connected at opposite ends to housings (8) and driving levers (7), which move angularly when the load torque changes. The driver (4) has a flange in which open channels with parallel flat surfaces are made radially every 90°, cooperating with the cylindrical surfaces of the driver levers (7).
