Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest silnik krokowy posiadający magnesy trwałe i wykorzystujący prąd stały. Charakteryzuje się tym, że bieguny sąsiadujących ze sobą magnesów trwałych (3) są jednoimienne, a oś rotora (2) należy do płaszczyzn wyznaczanych przez linie międzybiegunowe LMB (4) pomiędzy biegunami magnesów trwałych (3), zaś w położeniu ustalonym rotora (1) w pobliżu linii międzybiegunowych LMB (4) magnesów trwałych (3) znajdują się odcinki nieruchomego, bezrdzeniowego, pierwszego uzwojenia statora (5a, 5b, 5c1, 5c2); przy czym uzwojenia statora (5, 6) otaczające rotor (1) wyprofilowane są w kształcie meandrów i dostosowane do okrągłego kształtu rotora (1), w którym kąt α stanowi kąt pomiędzy liniami międzybiegunowymi LMB (4) sąsiadujących magnesów trwałych (3) rotora (1) oraz kąt pomiędzy drugimi najbliższymi odcinkami jednego uzwojenia statora (5b, 6b), a kąt β stanowi kąt pomiędzy drugimi najbliższymi odcinkami sąsiadujących uzwojeń (5b, 6b).The subject of the application is a stepper motor with permanent magnets and using direct current. It is characterized by the fact that the poles of adjacent permanent magnets (3) are the same, and the rotor axis (2) belongs to the planes determined by the interpole lines LMB (4) between the poles of permanent magnets (3), and in the fixed position of the rotor (1) near the interpole lines LMB (4) of permanent magnets (3) there are sections of the stationary, coreless, first stator winding (5a, 5b, 5c1, 5c2); the stator windings (5, 6) surrounding the rotor (1) are profiled in the shape of meanders and adapted to the round shape of the rotor (1), in which the angle α is the angle between the interpole lines LMB (4) of the adjacent permanent magnets (3) of the rotor ( 1) and the angle between the second closest sections of one stator winding (5b, 6b), and the angle β is the angle between the second closest sections of adjacent windings (5b, 6b).
