Abstract

Rozwiązanie dotyczy ogólnie dziedziny przemysłu szklarskiego i odzyskiwania ciepła w procesie produkcji szkła. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest układ do poboru gorących gazów z górnej części komór regeneratora oraz sposób kontroli i regulacji parametrów pobieranych gazów. Układ zawiera co najmniej jeden zawór regulacyjno-odcinający (6) do sterowania kierunku oraz natężenia przepływu gazów umieszczony w każdym kanale poboru gorących gazów (5) oraz układ sterowania, który skonfigurowany jest do regulacji natężenia przepływu i/albo temperatury gorących gazów przy pomocy zaworów regulacyjno-odcinających (6) i środków wymuszających przepływ gorących gazów. Sposób regulacji parametrów gorących gazów reguluje natężenie przepływu pobieranych gorących gazów za pomocą zaworów regulacyjno-odcinających (6), elementu rozrzedzającego gaz (14) i środka wymuszającego przepływ gorących gazów oraz reguluje temperaturę gorących gazów pobranych z górnych części komór regeneratora za pomocą regulacji natężenia przepływu gazu rozrzedzającego (C), przy pomocy elementu rozrzedzającego gorący gaz (14).The solution applies generally to the field of the glass industry and heat recovery in the glass production process. The subject of the application is a system for collecting hot gases from the upper part of the regenerator chambers and a method of controlling and regulating the parameters of the collected gases. The system includes at least one regulating and shut-off valve (6) for controlling the direction and rate of gas flow located in each hot gas intake channel (5) and a control system that is configured to regulate the flow rate and/or temperature of hot gases using control valves. - shut-off devices (6) and means forcing the flow of hot gases.
