Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy nowych zastosowań pochodnych 2-amino-4,6-difenylo-benzeno-1,3-dikarbonitrylu wybranych z grupy obejmującej 2-amino-4,6-bis(4-metylosulfanylofenylo)benzeno-1,3-dikarbonitryl, 2-amino-4,6-bis(4-metoksyfenylo)benzeno-1,3-dikarbonitryl, 4,6-bis(4-metylosulfanylofenylo)-2-(1-piperydylo)benzeno-1,3-dikarbonitryl, 4,6-bis(4-metylosulfanylofenylo)-2-pirolidyno-1-ylo-benzeno-1,3-dikarbonitryl. Pochodne 2-amino-4,6-difenylo-benzeno-1,3-dikarbonitrylu mogą być wykorzystywane jako sensory fluorescencyjne do obrazowania zmian parametrów środowiskowych takich jak lepkość, polarność, stopień polimeryzacji. Pochodne 2-amino-4,6-difenylo-benzeno-1,3-dikarbonitrylu mogą być również stosowane jako markery fluorescencyjne do monitorowania procesów fotopolimeryzacji lakierów typu BASE COAT oraz TOP COAT z wykorzystaniem spektroskopii fluorescencyjnej bądź bez użycia jakichkolwiek specjalistycznych narzędzi - za pomocą detekcji wizualnej. Pochodne 2-amino-4,6-difenylo-benzeno-1,3-dikarbonitrylu mogą pełnić również rolę aktywnych składników w dwuskładnikowych systemach fotoinicjujących do procesów fotopolimeryzacji kompozycji lakierów typu BASE COAT oraz TOP COAT. Zgłoszenie dotyczy także nowych kompozycji do wytwarzania fotoutwardzalnych lakierów typu BASE COAT i TOP COAT, zawierających pochodne 2-amino-4,6-difenylo-benzeno-1,3-dikarbonitrylu wybranej z grupy obejmującej 2-amino-4,6-bis(4-metylosulfanylofenylo)benzeno-1,3-dikarbonitryl, 2-amino-4,6-bis(4-metoksyfenylo)benzeno-1,3-dikarbonitryl, 4,6-bis(4metylosulfanylofenylo)-2-(1-piperydylo)benzeno-1,3-dikarbonitryl, 4,6-bis(4-metylosulfanylofenylo)-2-pirolidyno-1-ylo-benzeno-1,3-dikarbonitryl.The application concerns new uses of 2-amino-4,6-diphenyl-benzene-1,3-dicarbonitrile derivatives selected from the group consisting of 2-amino-4,6-bis(4-methylsulfanylphenyl)benzene-1,3-dicarbonitrile, 2- amino-4,6-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)benzene-1,3-dicarbonitrile, 4,6-bis(4-methylsulfanylphenyl)-2-(1-piperidyl)benzene-1,3-dicarbonitrile, 4,6- bis(4-methylsulfanylphenyl)-2-pyrrolidin-1-yl-benzene-1,3-dicarbonitrile. 2-amino-4,6-diphenyl-benzene-1,3-dicarbonitrile derivatives can be used as fluorescent sensors to image changes in environmental parameters such as viscosity, polarity, and degree of polymerization. 2-amino-4,6-diphenyl-benzene-1,3-dicarbonitrile derivatives can also be used as fluorescent markers to monitor the photopolymerization processes of BASE COAT and TOP COAT varnishes using fluorescence spectroscopy or without the use of any specialized tools - using detection visual. 2-amino-4,6-diphenyl-benzene-1,3-dicarbonitrile derivatives can also act as active ingredients in two-component photoinitiating systems for photopolymerization processes of BASE COAT and TOP COAT varnish compositions. The application also concerns new compositions for the production of photocurable BASE COAT and TOP COAT varnishes containing derivatives of 2-amino-4,6-diphenyl-benzene-1,3-dicarbonitrile selected from the group consisting of 2-amino-4,6-bis(4 -methylsulfanylphenyl)benzene-1,3-dicarbonitrile, 2-amino-4,6-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)benzene-1,3-dicarbonitrile, 4,6-bis(4methylsulfanylphenyl)-2-(1-piperidyl)benzene -1,3-Dicarbonitrile, 4,6-bis(4-methylsulfanylphenyl)-2-pyrrolidin-1-yl-benzene-1,3-dicarbonitrile.
