Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest magnetyczny reduktor drgań silników liniowych sterowanych siłą wychylenia, przeznaczony do zastosowania w respiratorach i w innych rozwiązaniach technicznych. Reduktor złożony jest z zespołu trzech pierścieni, wykonanych z materiałów obojętnych magnetycznie, zawierających magnesy neodymowe. Dwa skrajne pierścienie (3, 5) są nieruchome, natomiast pierścień środkowy (7), zamocowany na tłoku silnika (4) - zawiera magnesy skierowane jednoimiennie biegunami do magnesów na pierścieniach skrajnych (3 i 5). Powoduje to wzajemne odpychanie się magnesów i w sytuacji, gdy tłok zbliża się do punktu granicznego lub zerowego, wtedy działa na niego siła przeciwstawnie skierowana do jego kierunku ruchu, zmieniająca się odwrotnie proporcjonalnie do kwadratu odległości L1 i L2. Taka budowa pozwala w pasywny sposób redukować drgania silnika oraz zastosować prosty algorytm sterujący.The subject of the application is a magnetic vibration reducer for linear motors controlled by the deflection force, intended for use in respirators and other technical solutions. The reducer consists of a set of three rings made of magnetically neutral materials and containing neodymium magnets. The two outer rings (3, 5) are stationary, while the middle ring (7), mounted on the engine piston (4), contains magnets with the same poles directed to the magnets on the outer rings (3 and 5). This causes the magnets to repel each other and when the piston approaches the limit or zero point, it is acted upon by a force opposite to its direction of movement, changing inversely proportional to the square of the distances L1 and L2. This structure allows for passive reduction of engine vibrations and the use of a simple control algorithm.
