Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest jednokierunkowy harmoniczny wzbudnik/tłumik siły z wirnikami sprzężonymi elektronicznie, zawierający umieszczone we wspólnym korpusie niewyważone wirniki osadzone na wałach obrotowych ułożyskowanych w łożyskach tocznych, wyposażony w napęd, który charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera dwie pary wirników z niewyważeniami (2, 3 i 4, 5), usytuowane w parach jeden nad drugim i pary wirników (2, 3 i 4, 5) są usytuowane symetrycznie względem oddzielającej je pionowej ściany korpusu (1) i każdy z wirników (2, 3, 4, 5) jest osadzony na odrębnym wale odpowiednio (6, 7, 8, 9) złączonym sprzęgłem z silnikiem krokowym odpowiednio (10, 11, 12, 13) z enkoderem prędkości obrotowej i położenia kątowego. Wały (6, 7) wirników (2, 3) oraz wały (8, 9) pary wirników (4, 5) są współosiowe i wał każdego z wirników (2, 3, 4, 5) jest umieszczony w układzie łożyskującym odpowiednio (14, 15, 16, 17) łożysk tocznych i podparty od strony silnika w ścianie korpusu (1) oraz zabezpieczony pierścieniem osadczym odpowiednio (18, 19, 20, 21) oraz nakrętką odpowiednio (22, 23, 24, 25). Silniki napędzające (10, 11, 12, 13) wały (6, 7, 8, 9) wirników (2, 3, 4, 5) są połączone przewodowo z komputerowym systemem sterowania.The subject of the application is a unidirectional harmonic force exciter/damper with electronically coupled rotors, containing unbalanced rotors placed in a common body mounted on rotating shafts mounted in rolling bearings, equipped with a drive characterized by the fact that it contains two pairs of unbalanced rotors (2, 3 and 4, 5), located in pairs one above the other and the pairs of rotors (2, 3 and 4, 5) are located symmetrically with respect to the vertical wall of the body (1) separating them and each of the rotors (2, 3, 4, 5) is mounted on a separate shaft (6, 7, 8, 9) connected with a stepper motor (10, 11, 12, 13) with a rotational speed and angular position encoder, respectively. The shafts (6, 7) of the rotors (2, 3) and the shafts (8, 9) of the pair of rotors (4, 5) are coaxial and the shaft of each rotor (2, 3, 4, 5) is placed in the bearing system respectively (14 , 15, 16, 17) rolling bearings and supported on the engine side in the body wall (1) and secured with a retaining ring (18, 19, 20, 21) and a nut (22, 23, 24, 25), respectively. The motors driving (10, 11, 12, 13) and the shafts (6, 7, 8, 9) of the rotors (2, 3, 4, 5) are connected by cable to the computer control system.
