Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania materiału recyklingowego z wykorzystaniem osadu ściekowego. Sposób, według zgłoszenia charakteryzuje się tym, że w pierwszym etapie uwodnione komunalne osady ściekowe w ilości od 10% do 50% masowych, które zawierają od 70% do 90% wody, zmielone osady denne w ilości od 20% do 50% masowych suchej mieszaniny oraz odpadowe włókna krzemianowo-glinowe w ilości od 20% do 50% masowych suchej mieszaniny, homogenizuje się do uzyskania mieszaniny o plastycznej konsystencji, po czym przechodzi się do drugiego etapu, w którym z mieszaniny formuje się aglomeraty, a następnie w trzecim etapie aglomeraty są suszone w temperaturze od 20°C do 80°C, po czym w czwartym etapie aglomeraty wypala się w temperaturze z przedziału od 950°C do 1200°C w czasie od 0,5 do 2 godzin, a następnie w piątym etapie całość studzi się.
