Abstract

The first subject of the application is an aptamer showing affinity for the PD-L1 protein having the sequence shown as SEQ.1. The second subject matter of the application is the use of an oligonucleotide as defined in the first subject matter of the application for the preparation of a functional covalent complex comprising a fluorescent label or affinity substance and an oligonucleotide according to the first subject matter of the application. A further subject matter of the application is a functional covalent complex comprising a tag or affinity substance and an oligonucleotide as defined in the first subject matter of the application. The application also covers the use of the functional covalent complex in diagnostic imaging, especially in cancer imaging.
